Join us for an informative and supportive session led by Dr. Elizabeth Lee on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 12:00–2:00pm.
Dr. Lee will guide participants through the importance of regular wellness visits and the essentials of advance care planning—helping seniors make informed decisions about their health and ask proper questions in their visits.
